Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Homereum. We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something doesn’t go as expected.

This policy applies to all purchases made on homereum.com.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Eligible for a free return.
  • Change of mind, wrong size/color, or no longer wanted: Accepted within 30 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2. How to Start a Return

a. Email us at hello@homereum.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

b. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send you return instructions or a prepaid label (if eligible).

c. Unless we provide a prepaid label, please ship your return using a trackable service and retain the receipt.

3. Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product: Homereum covers all return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns (change of mind, dislike, wrong size/color, ordered by mistake): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We will provide the cost of return shipping before issuing the return label (if applicable).

4. Return Method & Return Address

Once your return is approved, you will receive:

  • A return shipping label, or
  • Instructions for sending the item back using your preferred carrier.

5. Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, mounting hardware, and components must be included
  • Items showing signs of wear, installation marks, or missing parts may not qualify

If the returned product is not in sellable condition, a partial refund or denial may apply.

6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial by email.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within up to 7 business days. Depending on your bank/card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to post.
  • We’ll email you once your refund has been completed.

7. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges.
  • If you want a different style or size, simply request a return and place a new order.

8. Lost or Delayed Returns

  • If you use your own carrier, Homereum isn’t responsible for returns lost in transit. Please use a trackable service and keep proof of postage.
  • If we issued a prepaid label and a parcel is lost, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.

9. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale/clearance items (unless defective on arrival)
  • Products returned with missing parts, damage, or signs of installation/use

10. Order Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not shipped. Once shipped, the order must follow the return process above.
